Pete Kamp was appointed to the NTTA Board of Directors by the Denton County Commissioners in January 2019.
A lifelong resident of Denton, she served as a member of the Denton City Council for 11 years, serving as mayor pro tem for eight years and as chair of the mobility committee. She was a member of the North Central Texas Council of Governments’ Regional Transportation Council for 10 years, rising to the position of chair. She also served on the North America Super Corridor Coalition and the Dallas Regional Mobility Coalition.
Kamp graduated from Denton High School and the University of North Texas.
She is a partner in Premier Sales Group Inc., and a partner in 3GT Holdings.
She and her husband, David Gosdin, live in Denton, where she is on the board of directors of the Salvation Army. She is also active in the Denton Benefit League, the Denton Chamber of Commerce, Keep Denton Beautiful, Greater Denton Arts Council, Denton Animal Shelter and North Texas Exes.
