Lynn Gravley was appointed to the NTTA Board of Directors by Texas Governor Greg Abbott in April 2018.
He is president and CEO of the Frisco-based company, NT Logistics, a full-service, third-party logistics provider (3PL) he founded in 1999. NT Logistics emerged from Gravley’s original firm, North Texas Carrier Corp, an asset-based contract carrier company he started in 1988.
During its 19-year history, NT Logistics has been recognized on multiple occasions by the SMU Cox School of Business/Dallas Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in Dallas-Fort Worth. Gravley is a two-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
NT Logistics is a leader in the 3PL transportation industry with a large presence in the consumer packaged goods market, earning multiple service awards. NT Logistics serves a national customer base with additional offices in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. In 2016, a new specialized transportation division was added with the acquisition of Anchor Freight, LLC.
A native of Gunter, Gravley graduated from the University of North Texas (UNT) with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. He is currently an active member of the UNT Logistics Center Board of Directors, as well as the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) board. He serves as chairman of the TIA Highway Logistics Conference.
Gravley is active in his local church and served 12 years as a member of Gunter ISD Board of Trustees. He is a founding member of the board of the GISD Educational Foundation.
Gravley is a private pilot who enjoys flying, hunting and raising cattle with Dianne, his wife of 30 years, on their ranch in Grayson County. They have three grown children.
