Andy Wambsganss was appointed to the NTTA Board by the Tarrant County Commissioners’ Courtin August 2024. He is an internationally recognized legal expert and leader with strong relationships in key markets around the world.

Wambsganss’ extensive legal advisory experience includes serving as counsel for multiple domestic and international businesses. As a senior partner of a leading Texas-based law firm, he is highly accomplished in a broad range of domestic and international business litigation matters, including complex financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas transactions, and real estate matters. Wambsganss’ professional experience extends to government relations, regulatory and public law issues, and labor/employment disputes.

He served as Mayor of Southlake, Texas from 2003-2009. He also has served as a judge in addition to other elected and appointed positions over the past two decades.
